- your personal data concerning your name and surname as well as your telephone number and e-mail address have been obtained via our website, by sending us an e-mail or paper correspondence or as a result of direct telephone contact,
- your personal data will be processed for the purpose necessary to perform the contract or to take steps to conclude it. If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more purposes in accordance with the specific purposes for which you have given your consent, i.e. in particular marketing purposes (e-mails and telephone calls) and information purposes (newsletter), the legal basis for the processing of your data is (Article 6(1)(b), Article 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
- the personal data collected from you may be disclosed to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data. The recipients of your data may primarily be companies and other capital-related entities. The personal data will be provided only for the purpose specified in 3 and 4,
