Builder Super Power for Agnieszka Cupiał-Sobutka!

The head of strategic processes of Klimas Wkręt-met has been awarded with a prestigious statuette given by the publisher of the monthly magazine “Builder”.

We have received with great pride the information that Agnieszka Cupiał-Sobutka has received this year’s Builder Super Power award. This is the third “Builder” award for Klimas Wkręt-met: previously, Maciej Strychalski, Marketing Director, and Agata Mikulska-Kot, Export Director, were among the laureates.

At the company, Agnieszka is responsible for strategic processes, development and implementation of long-term goals, and management and coordination of processes within the organization. By effectively planning production and the associated supply chain, Agnieszka Cupiał-Sobutka continues to make her own important contribution to the brand’s development. Thanks to her daily work, Klimas Wkręt-met has been successful on both the domestic and international markets for years and has achieved an undisputed position as a leader in the production of construction fastening technology in Central and Eastern Europe.

One of the key elements of the company’s success is its development strategy, which is constantly updated and modified according to market needs, and in which Agnieszka Cupiał-Sobutka plays a key role. She defines the goals, implements them, monitors them, and finally supports communication between the company’s departments, which is no small challenge with almost a thousand employees.
