We are building a culture of dialogue – Klimas France with a visit to Wanaty

For an international team to be in harmony, organized, and achieve defined goals, actions based on mutual respect and dialogue are needed.

Our values once again proved to be universal, so the meeting with the Klimas France team can be counted as extremely successful. For the past few days, we worked in joint workshops on the development of the French market. No less important was the intensive product training, which allowed us to update and expand the practical knowledge of our French colleagues.

Work is work, but to build real interpersonal relationships, you need conversations and time spent together. That’s why we recreationally met at the sports shooting range, where we actively spent the afternoon outdoors.
