• Self-tapping screw – a screw intended for connecting and fastening sheet metal

  These fasteners are used in roofing works, fastening of metal roofing tile, facade structures and sheet cladding. Our offer includes galvanised stainless self-tapping screws, self-drilling screws for metal, farmer screws for wooden substrate with EPDM sealing washer, steel screws and staple screws – for making lap joints in sheet metal.

• Anti-corrosion coating

  To meet the demands of today’s market, the company customises a zinc coating called X-tra Zinc, which allows a 25-year guarantee for the environment of corrosivity category C2, as well as the special SQ Ceramic coating, which raises the resistance of the fasteners even to class C4. The SQ Ceramic coating is a chromium-free, environmentally safe, multilayer chemical and corrosion protection that is resistant to variable and harsh weather conditions. Thanks to this, Klimas Wkręt-met fasteners and screws for trapezoidal sheet do not change their properties for many years – even in contact with unfavourable external conditions.

• Farmer screws and screws for metal roofing tile

  Screws of our production undergo a heat treatment process, which provides them with the appropriate hardness. A farmer screw with a sharp drill bit reduces the screwing torque and ensures that sheet metal is drilled in a very short time. In addition, farmer screws can be painted in RAL – a durable colour matching the roofing, UV-resistant and weatherproof.
