In response to market demand for chemical anchors, Klimas Wkręt-met has introduced four families of injection anchors. Mont Blanc – a polyester resin, Elbrus – a vinyl ester resin, Makalu – a methacrylate resin and Mount Everest – an epoxy resin. Each chemical anchor has unique characteristics and is of excellent quality.

Chemical anchors Mont Blanc, Elbrus, Makalu, Mount Everest: four families of injection anchors by Klimas Wkręt-met provide peaks of power!

The video shows the types, application and example installation of a chemical anchor.

The new chemical anchors are characterised by extreme installation flexibility. Anchoring to different depths can be carried out in a variety of materials (concrete, clay blocks, hollow bricks) using rebar or threaded rods of different steel grades. New chemical formulations allow anchoring even in holes flooded with water. Multiple temperature ranges adapt the products to changing weather conditions.

For user convenience, most chemical anchors have been equipped with a spare mixer and an automatic load-splitting system. The professional chemical anchor, the so-called injection mortar of the Klimas Wkręt-met brand, gives the possibility of using deep anchoring techniques and pulling reinforced concrete structures.

The universal chemical epoxy anchor is designed for the installation of heavy and medium steel structures to concrete substrates. Anchoring of hall columns to foundations, assembly of railings, handrails and balustrades, anchoring of sound barriers in road construction, assembly of machinery and equipment. The biggest advantage of the anchor is that it can be used both in dry and wet substrates as well as in holes completely flooded with water, In addition, this chemical anchor does not generate concentrated stresses in the substrate. As a result, it can be used close to the edges and with a small spacing.

Assembly of chemical anchor

There are several substrate conditions in which we can fix chemical anchors. We distinguish between installation in dry, water-saturated concrete, with a water-filled hole and with a hole completely under water. It should be noted that the load capacity of an anchorage made in damp concrete or with a hole filled with water may be lower than that in dry concrete.

The ‘Chemical Anchoring Systems’ catalogue also includes a wide range of accessories such as chemical anchor dispensers, nylon and metal sleeves, mixers.
